Website Terms

The ground rules for using this portfolio and contacting Buildat. Project work is agreed separately, with a scope and terms appropriate to the engagement.

LAST_UPDATED: 24 SEPTEMBER 2026

01 // About this website

This website is operated by Buildat. It provides information about development services and a way to send project enquiries. You can contact us at hello@buildat.dev.

02 // Website information

Content is provided for general information and may change as services, technologies or examples develop. We aim to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current or available.

03 // Project enquiries are not contracts

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, reserve availability or guarantee a response time. A project is only commissioned when both parties agree its scope, deliverables, timing, fees and applicable project terms separately.

These website terms do not replace any proposal, statement of work or contract subsequently agreed for development services.

04 // Acceptable use

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, probe it without authorisation, send spam, or submit malicious or misleading content through the contact form.

Do not include passwords, access tokens or other secrets in a project enquiry. Secure access arrangements can be agreed separately if a project proceeds.

05 // Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, branding and original materials on this website belong to the operator or are used with permission. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view the site for ordinary personal or business information purposes. Please request permission before reproducing original site materials for another commercial use.

06 // External links and availability

Links to external services are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security measures or third-party outages.

07 // Liability and legal rights

Nothing in these website terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any specific allocation of risk for commissioned development work belongs in the separately agreed project terms.

08 // Privacy, updates and contact

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We may update these website terms; the revision date appears at the top of this page. Questions can be sent to hello@buildat.dev.
